Orders and payments

We accept certified electronic payments by credit card on a secure SSL server and advance bank transfer . With bank transfers, the order is handed over to the courier only after the payment has been credited to your account; you can expedite the process by sending the receipt to ordini@marikadepaola.it .

Yes. We use security systems compliant with banking standards and do not store credit card details. All transactions take place over encrypted channels.

After your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number . Available products are prepared immediately; for pre-ordered items, we'll contact you shortly to inform you of supply times and confirm delivery .

Shipping and delivery

Once payment has been verified, we generally hand over to the courier within 24 hours . Delivery times in Italy are approximately 24-48 hours, except for islands and remote areas. You will always receive tracked shipments .

We ship with DHL and, in some areas, with GLS . For each order, we send the courier name and tracking number via email or text message. All shipments are insured against damage and loss until delivery.

Yes, we ship to the EU and non-EU countries. For non-EU countries, the order is shipped with a tax document and taxes and customs duties may apply.

Upon delivery, check the integrity of the packaging . If in doubt, sign with reservations, specifying the reason, and send a report with photos to ordini@marikadepaola.it within 24 hours . Shipping is insured , but your prompt notification is essential for opening the case .

Returns, refunds and guarantees

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a reason. Send a registered letter with return receipt to Marika De Paola Srl, Via Cesare Battisti 53, 41121 Modena , or a certified email to marikadepaolasrl@legalmail.it . After receiving this communication, you will receive return instructions . Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; if the order included free shipping , the cost will be deducted from the refund. The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging .

Yes. It is not applicable to personalized goods , items that are at risk of deterioration , sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene or health reasons, goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery and, in general, products used beyond normal testing.

After the item has been returned and inspected , we will refund the amount paid within 30 days , less the initial and return shipping costs . Refunds will be made via credit card or bank transfer ; for bank transfers, please provide your full IBAN .

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity for the consumer . The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery and in any case within 2 years of delivery. Keep the invoice or delivery note . The solution may be replacement , price reduction , or termination of the contract . If the defect does not meet the conformity criteria , the costs of inspection and transport to the service centers may be charged.
